raleigh "odd" merit w. (they/them) is an artist/cartoonist living in Canada and a recent graduate of clown school, aka McMaster University, with a bachelors of fine arts, though they contest the idea that their comics are "fine". they make comics, illustrations, zines, and stories about how people relate (or do not relate) to each other and "the other" through human and nonhuman subjects. they work in digital and traditional processes around painting, drawing, and occasionally printmaking. their work is also influenced by their minor in work and labour, with interest in queer labour & union organizing history and arts & labour.
