summer struggle (2022) my submission for Hamilton Workers Art and Heritage Centre Youth Council's zine "Unpaid, Unsafe, Unproductive"

dot/gf meetcute (2021) a one-page comic about dot dou (pictured here at age 20, drunk off their ass at a college party) and their as-of-yet unnamed future-girlfriend. i drew this because i wanted to 1. establish how the two met, 2. utilize a relatively simple panel layout to, 3. play with switching between a first-person POV on the left column and an omnipotent 3rd person/audience POV on the right column.
